At Fiberpartner, every customer can always count on us for service with a smile, either from our head office in Denmark or through our dedicated Fiberpartner agents. We visit our raw material suppliers frequently, no matter how remote their location.
When requesting a quote, we make sure we know exactly what type of fiber you are looking for, and we then reach out to our preferred suppliers to select the best supplier, quality and price based on your exact requirements.
Once a supplier has been approved, we continuously source from the same supplier – and only switch if and when you require so.
We always seek approval from two suppliers to ensure supply security and we ensure complete traceability via our unique numbering system.
We arrange the shipment of your order from the supplier to you – either to a nearby port or all the way to the doorstep. It’s all up to you.
We know placing an order with a new supplier comes with a lot of ‘what ifs’. That’s why we take full order responsibility, from order to delivery and all the way to functionality, and you will only be invoiced upon order delivery.
